• What are your business hours?

I operate within normal weekly business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM.

But let's be honest, real estate is not a 9-5 job. Yu can easily contact me any time by email or text should anything urget come up.

  • Do you have contact with my client?

Weekly email updates to clients are a part of the 'Transaction Coordination' package.

I am happy and willing to communicate further should your clients have any questions or concerns throughout the process.

If you prefer no communication outside of weekly email updates, please express this when submitting your file.

Agents are always copied on all client communication

  • Are my files secure and confidential?

Yes! I use a tool called JotForm to collect your information and it is very secure. We do not share your information with anyone and we have strict guidelines to keep your information and your client's information safe.

  • Can you help with a transaction I've already initiated?

Yes! Of course! We'd love to help you out and take over the transaction.

  • How will you keep me updated?

This is primarily up to you as my client. At the start of our project, we'll discuss methods that work well for both parties and go from there.

I am here to make this as easy on YOU as possible!

  • Do I still have to pay if the transaction is cancelled?

The short answer is no. Life happens and deals fall through. We understand.

  • Why do I need a transaction coordinator?

As a prior agent, I understand the challenging parts of real estate!

You didn't sign up to become a paper pusher! On average it takes 19 hours of your time for just one transaction.

Give  your clients that concierge experience by letting me take care of your paperwork needs so you can do more of what you love!
